The reason behind the project
Hi, I’m Charlie. I’ve always liked the idea of leaving books in random places for people to find and enjoy, so I started this project. I created the bookmark to be left in the books I was abandoning so people knew the book was intentionally left to be found. When you’re done with the book, abandon the book somewhere else to be found. By creating a social media page to cultivate a community around the project, it allows people to join the conversation about the books people have abandoned.
